Residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry may enter this contest. Employees of, immediate family members of, or those residing with an employee of General Motors of Canada Limited, its agents and representatives, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors, suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this contest, including the independent judging organization are not eligible to enter this contest. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children, spouse or partner. |

No purchase necessary to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the mode of entry. There are five (5) ways of entering the contest: |

GMCL online entry. Visit gm.ca/cup December 4, 2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) to May 18, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. [ET] and click on the "PUSH to 2010" contest entry link to access the electronic entry form. Complete the form and click "Submit" to submit it and you will be automatically entered into the contest. |

2.2 |
By Ballot at ski events. To enter, visit the GMCL vehicle displays at all Pontiac GMC Cup races, Pontiac GMC Canadian Championships, Whistler Blackcomb and Telus Ski and Snowboard Festival during operating hours. Complete the official ballot and deposit it in one of the ballot boxes located within the GMCL vehicle displays. All ballot entries must be on official ballots, no photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

Whistler Blackcomb on-site entry. This specific method of entry is open to B.C. residents only. Visit Whistler Blackcomb during operating hours up until May 18, 2009. Complete the official ballot and deposit it in one of the ballot boxes located within the GMCL vehicle displays before 11:59 pm ET on May 18, 2009. All ballot entries must be on official ballots, no photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. |

Whistler Blackcomb online entry. This specific method of entry is open to B.C. residents only. Visit www.whistlerblackcomb.com/gmc/index.htm from December 4, 2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. (ET) to May 18, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. [ET] and click on the "PUSH to 2010" contest entry link to access the electronic entry form. Complete the form and click "Submit" to submit it and you will be automatically entered into the contest. |

VANOC Volunteer online entry. This specific method of entry is open to VANOC volunteers only. Visit the VANOC volunteer portal located at http://www.vancouver2010.com/en/Participation/VolunteerOpportunities/GamesTimeVolunteers and click on the GM Canada contest link to access the electronic entry form. Complete the form and click "Submit" to submit it and you will automatically be entered into the contest. [why is there a whole new URL? My understanding is that you were re-skinning the website (i.e. the presentation of the contest) and were not changing the actual site? Besides, if a person enters via the VANOC site, on what basis could you disqualify them?] |

Alternative form of Entry. No purchase necessary. To enter, legibly print or type your name (first name, last name), complete address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), contest name "PUSH to 2010," and your choice of one (1) of the four (4) possible entry points (by writing either: GMCL Online, Ski Event, Whistler on-site or Whistler online), on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a separate envelope with sufficient postage to the following address: "PUSH to 2010" Contest, [Your selected Entry Point], Box 5849, Station "A", Toronto, Ontario M5W 1P3. Your entry must be received by the time indicated above for your selected entry point otherwise you will be entered into the GMCL online (2.1) method. If your entry is received after May 18, 2009 the entry will be void. If you do not indicate one (1) of the three (3) possible entry points, one will be randomly assigned to you. Upon receipt of your valid entry, you will be automatically entered in the contest. |

National Secondary Prizes: There are nineteen (19) National Secondary Prizes available to be won in total. One (1) Secondary Prize will be awarded at the end of each of the 18 ski events (Champs Tech is one event with two different dates) from entries received by the method listed in 2.2 and one (1) will be awarded from all online entries received at www.gmcanada.com/cup (see 2.1) by 11:59:59 p.m. ET May 18, 2009 consisting of one (1) Karbon Ski Jacket. Total approximate retail value of each National Secondary Prize is $400 CDN. Secondary Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner. |

B.C. Secondary Prize: One (1) Secondary Prize available only to B.C. residents consists of a ski trip package to Whistler for two (2) people. Ski trip includes lift passes for four (4) days for two (2) people, five (5) nights hotel accommodation (based on standard double occupancy) in Whistler, four (4) days of High Pro rentals for two (2) and one (1) day of guided skiing with Steve Podbroski on Whistler Mountain including the chance to Ski the 2010 Alpine event venues. Approximate retail value of the B.C. Secondary Prize is $5,000 CDN. Black out periods for this prize are: December 20, 2007 - January 5, 2008 and February 15 - 25, 2008. All expenses associated with this prize which are not specified above will be the responsibility of the B.C. Secondary Prize winner. |

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from all entries received during the Contest Period, consisting of one (1) trip for two (2) to Vancouver, B.C. for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Trip to include round trip economy air travel for two (2) departing from a major commercial Canadian airport closest to the contest winner's place of residence (Departure Point), four (4) nights accommodation (based on standard double occupancy) at a 4-star hotel in Vancouver, three (3) meals per day for the winner and their guest, two (2) tickets for winner and guest for two (2) Olympic events per day, transportation to Olympic Game events and airport transfers to/from the hotel in Vancouver. Total approximate retail value of trip: $20,000 CDN (based on a St. John's, Newfoundland departure point example); actual retail value will vary based on Departure Point and airfare fluctuations. In the event that the winner lives within 400 km of Vancouver, British Columbia, no air transportation or money in lieu will be provided and the prize shall be deemed to not include airfare. Olympic Games tickets will be selected by GMCL at their sole discretion. All incremental costs in using or claiming the Grand Prize not outlined in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest including but not limited to: ground transportation, fuel, gasoline, additional meals, additional beverages, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, other entertainment and excursions, transfers other than what is listed in the prize description, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, medical, travel and cancellation insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature. Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel in the time frame of February 11 - 29, 2010. The exact travel dates and itinerary will be confirmed with the winner closer to the trip date, after the Olympic Games schedule has been set. Winner and his/her guest are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Grand Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules. Travel arrangements must be made through GMCL's agent or a carrier of GMCL's choice and Grand Prize winner and his/her guest will be required to travel on the same itinerary. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner. |

All taxes on prizes other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the winners. |

National Secondary Prizes. Random draws will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the time zone where the event is taking place on December 16, 2007, January 13, February 12, February 17, March 2, March 23, April 20, 2008 and two (2) draws on February 24, 2008 [NOTE: your 2008 dates remain unchanged so do not delete them] and at 4:00 pm on the final day of each of the 2009 ski events by the independent contest judging organization (MacLaren Momentum) on-site, at the event from all valid entries received by Ballot at ski events as described in section 2.2. One (1) Random draw will be held at 1:00 p.m. ET on April 2, 2008 by the independent contest judging organization in Toronto, Ontario from all valid entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 15, 2009 by GMCL online entry as described in section 2.1. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of valid entries received for the draw.
B.C. Secondary Prizes. A random draw will be held at 1:00 p.m. ET on May 7, 2008 by the independent contest judging organization in Toronto, Ontario from all valid Whistler Blackcomb on-site entries and Whistler Blackcomb online entries received as described in sections 2.3 and 2.4. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of valid entries received for this draw.
Grand Prize. A random draw will be held at 1:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2009 by the independent contest judging organization in Toronto, Ontario from all valid entries received from all methods of entry during the Contest Period.

|
To be declared a winner and claim the prize, the entrant selected for a National or B.C. Secondary Prize or Grand Prize must: |
|
a) |
Be reached by phone or by e-mail by the contest organizers within seven (7) days of the random draw. |
|
b) |
Correctly answer, a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question that will be asked by the independent contest judging organization over the telephone at a mutually convenient time without help of any nature. |
|
c) |
c) Be eligible according to the contest rules and sign a Declaration and Release form that will be sent by mail, fax or e-mail and return it, duly completed to the contest organizers within seven (7) days of its receipt. The Declaration and Release requires a potential winner to confirm, except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize as awarded, agreement to be bound by the contest rules, eligibility to participate in this contest and compliance with these rules and to release GMCL, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, dealers, its advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors, suppliers of prizes, materials or services related to this contest, and the independent contest judging organization, and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, successors and assigns from any liability and damages which could arise out of or are in any way related to the contest and from the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. |

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or otherwise with the rules, will result in the disqualification of the selected contestant. In this event, a new random draw from all valid entries received for the applicable draw would be performed to award the prize(s) and the entrant selected must be reached by phone or email within 48 hours of the new draw, failing which another draw will be held within a subsequent equal timeframe up until such time as an official winner is declared. Notwithstanding the foregoing winners must be declared no later than September 30, 2009, otherwise the prize will be void. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in the contest rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants after the contest closing date to award the prize. |

Upon receipt of the Declaration and Release form, the contest organizers will notify each Prize winner of the manner in which he/she will take possession of their prize. GMCL reserves the right to determine how the presentation of the prize will occur and this may be either a media event, by mail, or in person. |

By entering this contest, each winner authorizes the contest organizers and their representatives to use in any related publicity, if required, his/her name, photograph, image, any statements he/she may make regarding the prize, place of residence and/or voice for advertising purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, without any form of compensation. |
| 10. |
|
All entry forms become the property of GMCL and will not be returned to entrants at any time. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants, except with the entrants selected to win a prize. |
| 11. |
|
In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the winner, the contest organizers were unable to award a prize as described in these rules, they will substitute a prize of similar nature and equal or greater value. |
| 12. |
|
The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario. |
| 13. |
|
Entries are subject to verification by the contest organizers. GMCL, its advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives may not be held liable for (i) late, lost, delayed, not received, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, postage due, stolen, fraudulent or illegible entries (all of which entries shall be automatically void and not eligible for a prize); (ii) failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, busy signals, or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, servers, access providers, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or recipient; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest and breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers". GMCL (or the independent contest judging organization) reserves the right to void any entry and/or cancel or modify the contest in whole or in part (without notice to entrants individually) if, in its sole discretion but subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, it determines that for any reason (such as tampering or infection by computer virus or any other cause beyond its control) the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, human, printing or distribution errors, or any other causes or occurrences have compromised the administration, safety, fairness or integrity of the contest. Any person entering this contest or trying to do so by any means which go against the intention of these Rules and which would be unfair to the other participants will be automatically disqualified and GMCL reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law - including criminal prosecution. |

For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping the parties reach a fair settlement. |

Winners' Names: For the names of the prize winners, available after September 30, 2009 send a letter along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "PUSH to 2010," Winner Request List, P.O. Box 5849, Station "A", Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1P3. Names will be posted until March 31, 2010. |

By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the contest sponsor and the independent contest judging organization, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relative to this contest. |
