GM Canada is proud to be the Official Vehicle Partner of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Through this partnership, GM will provide over 4600 vehicles for the Games-time fleet at the Olympic Winter Games, and 1500 vehicles for the Paralympic Winter Games.
To help create a more sustainable, environmentally friendly 2010 Winter Games, 30% of the vehicle fleet used by organizers and volunteers leading up to and during the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games will be hybrid or other advanced environmental technology.
When it's time for the 2010 Winter Games, fleets of fuel efficient, low-emission Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Cadillac and Saturn sedans, passenger vans, SUVs and trucks will be an integral part of every event, transporting organizers and volunteers while also contributing to a sustainable games.
