The GM New Vehicle Limited Warranty - Light Duty Commercial Vehicles
GM New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers complete vehicle repairs, including parts and labour, to correct any defects in material or workmanship for 3 years or 60,000 km (whichever comes first). In addition to your GM New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage your vehicle is covered by a 5 year/160,000 km* Powertrain Limited Warranty. Warranty features include no-charge warranty transfer, 6 year/160,000 km (whichever comes first) corrosion perforation coverage and 8 year/130,000 km (whichever comes first) coverage on catalytic converters and powertrain control modules (PCM). Regular maintenance is not included. Application of additional rust-inhibiting materials is not required under the corrosion coverage and none is recommended. T-Series Warranty
T-Series Warranty provides 2 years and unlimited kilometres of basic coverage (drivetrain, chassis, Duramax diesel engine equipment, air conditioning etc.). Frame rails and cab are covered for 5 years/unlimited kilometres against corrosion perforation. Diesel emissions are covered for 5 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first). Tires and Allison transmissions are covered by their manufacturers. See your Dealer for terms and conditions of these limited warranties.

The importance of reliability cannot be over-emphasized in commercial vehicles. Which is why we build them to withstand the daily rigours of commercial applications. In the unlikely event that you do run into problems, the GM Medium Duty Truck Limited Base Warranty Coverage is 2 years, unlimited kilometres. Additional coverage is provided on Sheet Metal Rustproof, Frame Rail and Cross Members for 5 years, unlimited kilometres. The coverage on the 6.6L Duramax Diesel Engine components is 5 years/160,000 kilometres ($100 deductible after 3 years/60,000 kilometres) whichever comes first; the 7.8L Isuzu Diesel Engine is covered for 3 years Unlimited kilometres; and the Catepillar Diesel Engine is covered for 3 years/240,000 km or 3,600 hours whichever comes first.
