Upgraded Technology, Power And Efficiency

The 2009 Acadia gets a significant upgrade under the hood, in the form of a new 3.6L V6 with spark ignition direct injection (SIDI). Compared with the previous Acadia engine, the V6 SIDI delivers more power – 288 hp, to be exact – along with improved fuel efficiency and emissions performance. Talk about a win-win situation.

Reconfigurable Comfort

Acadia's spacious cabin is designed to handle all sorts of challenges. There's standard seating for 8 passengers and available seating for 7, depending on the model, and both the second and third-row seats fold flat when you need extra room for cargo. There's also a covered storage area in the floor behind the third-row seat, so you can carry smaller items out of sight.
