The Canadian Automotive Partnership Council's (CAPC) mandate is to develop a new policy framework that will create an environment that facilitates the strengthening and growth of the automotive industry in Canada. This also includes recommendations to ensure that we enhance the competitiveness and performance of all elements of the value chain in Canada, from raw material suppliers through parts producers and service providers, assemblers, dealers, retailers and the aftermarket
